The Croatian international has been a key player for Inter this season. Perisic has scored seven goals and provided an additional six assists in 24 appearances.
Napoli have been dealt a blow with the news that defender Vlad Chiriches faces a spell on the sidelines with a thigh injury. The Romanian international missed the Lazio game and tests showed a first degree muscle injury to the left hamstring. Italian media reported that Chiriches could be out of action for around three weeks. Raul Albiol, Faouzi Ghoulam and Arkadiusz Milik are out with different injuries.
Andrea Barzagli is likely to miss the first leg of the Champions League clash against Tottenham. The veteran defender did not take part in training session on Sunday due to a muscular problem in his right calf. Algerian international defender Faouzi Ghoulam has suffered another injury setback ahead of his anticipated return for Serie A leaders Napoli, fracturing his kneecap in training on Friday. Ghoulam, 26, has been sidelined since the beginning of November after tearing the anterior cruciate knee ligament in his right knee. And though he had returned to training, he suffered another setback in the same knee on Friday. Italian media said that he could be facing one year on the sidelines.

Striker Dries Mertens could miss Napolis Serie A clash with Lazio after he was diagnosed with an ankle sprain. Mertens netted the opener in a 2-0 win at Benevento on Sunday, but the Belgium international had to be replaced late in the second half after he was caught by a heavy challenge from Benevento defender Berat Djimsiti, who was booked for the tackle. Roma have confirmed the arrival of defender Jonathan Silva on an initial loan deal. The left-back joins from Portuguese side Sporting Club on a temporary basis until 30 June 2018. As part of the agreement, the Giallorossi have the option to make the transfer permanent. The 23-year-old Argentina international began his career at hometown club Estudiantes de la Plata, before joining Sporting in the summer of 2014. In total he made 43 appearances for the Portuguese side, after spending the 2016-17 campaign on loan at Boca Juniors.

All games in the last four rounds of the season must be played at the same time. The team ending with the most points gains the Italian Serie A title (Scudetto).
